We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@411cosmetics.com. Provide your order number, full address, and phone number to begin the process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that since we bear the cost of shipping to you, if you wish to receive a refund, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the updated item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Tariffs)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or processing fees once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
411 Cosmetics has no control over these fees, as they are determined and collected by your country’s customs agency. We cannot predict, reduce, or refund these costs.
Your Responsibilities as the Customer
You are responsible for paying any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by your local customs office. These fees must be paid in order for your package to be released and delivered.
Shipping fees paid at checkout do NOT include customs charges.
Refusal to Pay Customs Fees
If you refuse to pay the required customs fees and your package is returned to us:
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable
- You will be responsible for any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- If the package is abandoned by customs and not returned to us, no refund will be issued
Customs Delays
Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or expedited reshipments.
