Shipping & Returns

Thank you for choosing 411 Cosmetics! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your 411 Cosmetics bag for any reason, you have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging for a smooth return process.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Shipping Information

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping rates apply, and delivery times may vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that 411 Cosmetics is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs, or taxes incurred on international shipments. For shipments to the European Union, customers are responsible for paying the applicable VAT and complying with all relevant regulations. If you are unsure about any charges or regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

For orders within Canada and the United States, 411 Cosmetics is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover any additional charges, including duties and fees assessed by the destination country’s customs office.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Tariffs)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or processing fees once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

411 Cosmetics has no control over these fees, as they are determined and collected by your country’s customs agency. We cannot predict, reduce, or refund these costs.

Your Responsibilities as the Customer

You are responsible for paying any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by your local customs office.
These fees must be paid in order for your package to be released and delivered.

Shipping fees paid at checkout do NOT include customs charges.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees

If you refuse to pay the required customs fees and your package is returned to us:

- The original shipping cost is non-refundable

- You will be responsible for any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier

- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

- If the package is abandoned by customs and not returned to us, no refund will be issued

Customs Delays

Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays.
These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or expedited reshipments.
